CyrusOne has received civil site permit approval on 11/6/2025 - City permit no. PMT25-11012

• The approval permits CyrusOne to grade the site in preparation for future construction of data center buildings.

• CyrusOne anticipates starting site grading in December 2025.

• CyrusOne will abide by the City of Mesa’s approved work hours.

Standard Working Hours (October 16 - April 30)

• Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 7:00pm

• Early morning work may require coordination or additional approval.

Standard Permitted Working Hours (May 1 - October 15) governed by SB1182

• Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 7:00pm

• Saturday: 7:00am - 7:00pm

• Sunday: Work is generally not permitted unless specifically approved.

Concrete Pours: May start up to one hour earlier than the above start times.

General Noise Compliance

• Noise Compliance Requirements (always in effect).

• Noise must remain reasonable and not disrupt surrounding properties.

• Equipment should be maintained with standard noise-reduction practices (mufflers, barriers, etc.).

• If a noise complaint is received, the City may require adjustments to operations even during allowed hours.
